- Did you put in the correct last 4 digits of your Social Security Number?
- Did you put in the correct zip code? (It’s the zip code you put on your application)
- Did you use dashes or periods or other marks in your phone number? The only format that is acceptable in our application is just the numbers of your phone number! XXXXXXXXXX No 1 is required either
- If you are using a mobile phone can you use a laptop or desktop?Sometimes if the app is not working on your phone it will work on your laptop or desktop. We are working to make this a non-issue.
- Have you tried using a different browser? (common browsers, Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Pro Browser)Sometimes one browser can be bogged down and if you use another browser it may work better.
